Shipping policy

At Dear To Hey we have tried to keep shipping costs down while still using a reliable delivery service. That's why we have multiple shipping options for our items. Please read our policy carefully. 

Delivery Method and Locations

Australia

Delivery by Australia Post is available Australia-wide including Australia Post PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. 

There are four shipping methods available, please refer to the table below for cost and delivery times:

Envelope Shipping (IF PURCHASING CARDS ONLY*) - Standard 2-8 business days** $4.00
Envelope Shipping (IF PURCHASING CARDS ONLY*) - Express 1-4 business days** $6.00
Parcel Shipping - Standard 2-8 business days** $11.70-27.00
Parcel Shipping - Express 1-4 business days** $14.70-49.00

*Please note that if you're purchasing more than 4 greeting cards, you cannot use envelope shipping due to AusPost package height restrictions. 

**Dear To Hey is not liable for any delays associated with the delivery service. Sometimes, there may be delays out of our control. Please note that the delivery time starts from when your order is dispatched for delivery, not when you place the order and doesn't include public holidays. 

International

Delivery is available to New Zealand, Canada and most countries in Asia Pacific. We hope to ship to more countries in the future! Please note certain items are subject to import restrictions set by each country. If an item in your order is unable to be shipped to you due to import restrictions, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for that item. There are two shipping methods available; Standard International and Express International. Please use the link below for delivery times*:

*Dear To Hey is not liable for any delays associated with the delivery service. This includes delays due to holding by Australia and overseas custom authorities. 

Extra Costs involved with international shipping

Dear To Hey is not liable for any duty costs that may be charged to the recipients of our international mail items. Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because our team and the postal service we use have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply. If you have any queries regarding any costs charged, please reach out to customs in the destination country.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3-7 business days. If there's any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know!

Dear To Hey is not liable for lost or stolen packages once items have been completed and dispatched. However, please contact us if your package hasn't made its way to you so we can help you make a claim with Australia Post.
